1. Most probably,
the person that installed the program lacked administrative rights on
the system at the time of installation. If this is the case, any user
with administrative privileges could go to the Shell page of the Options
window and enable them.
2. Alternatively,
the Context Menus option or its descendent options may have been disabled
from the Options window. In this case, just go to the Shell page of
the Options window and enable them.
3. It is also possible
that context menus have been disabled during the installation procedure.
To enable them now, just go to the Shell page of the Options window
and enable them.
